Connect Zemam to Claude & ChatGPT — and ask your books yourself

Now Zemam connects directly to Claude and ChatGPT — ask in Arabic and get real numbers from your company's records (sales, cheques...), and even send it an invoice photo and it prepares it as a draft in Zemam for you to confirm.

The idea in a minute

A smart assistant=The AI you already use+Your actual books+Your own permissions

You add Zemam as a Connector in Claude or ChatGPT and sign in with your normal Zemam account. From then on, the AI reads everything your account is allowed to see and answers from it — and, with your opt-in, it can also prepare documents as drafts (like an invoice) that you confirm inside Zemam.

How to set it up

  1. 1

    Add Zemam as a connector

In ChatGPT and Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add Connector, then add Zemam's connection link (we provide it with your account).

    Add custom connector

    Server URL

    https://mcp.zemam…/mcp

    Sign in to Zemam

You sign in with your own Zemam account — the AI inherits exactly your permissions: it sees what you're allowed to see, nothing more.

  2. 2

Sign in with your Zemam account

The first time you use it, you sign in with your Zemam account, and the AI tool uses the exact same permissions as your account — so it only sees the data you're allowed to see.

  3. 3

    Treat it like your accountant

“Who should I follow up with on collections today?” — the AI reads your debt aging, due and bounced cheques, and gives you a call list ranked by priority, with each customer's last actual payment.

Who should I chase for collection today?

    Today's list, by priority:

    1) East Trading — a 12,750 cheque bounced 5 days ago, and they're still buying on credit ⚠️

    2) Al-Amal — 34,000 past 90 days, last actual payment 12 March

    3) Al-Nour — a 25,000 cheque due tomorrow: remember the bank run

The morning question: “who do I chase today?”
  4. 4

Or ask for a full review

“Review my month before I close it” — Zemam has built-in review plans that the AI follows step by step: open periods, stuck drafts, comparing the month to the previous one, unallocated payments.

Review June for me before I close it

    I reviewed June's books — the summary:

✅ Revenue 458,290 (+9% vs May) — gross profit healthy

⚠️ 3 June-dated sales invoices still in draft — the month is incomplete

⚠️ Receipts worth 8,200 not yet allocated to invoices

    Do this today:

    1) Confirm or delete the 3 drafts 2) Allocate the 8,200 3) Then the month is ready to close

“Review my month” — the AI follows the review playbook and answers from your actual books
  5. 5

Show it an invoice — it enters a draft

Send the invoice photo (or its details) to Claude or ChatGPT in the chat — the AI reads it itself and prepares a draft sales or purchase invoice inside Zemam, under your permissions. You open it, review it, and confirm it — with zero financial effect until you do. (An opt-in feature you enable yourself.)

Open it in Zemam, review, and confirm — it has zero financial effect until you do.

  6. 6

    The final confirmation? Always yours

The AI can prepare documents as drafts — but nothing is confirmed or posted to your books unless you approve it yourself inside Zemam. A draft has zero financial effect until you confirm it.

Under your permissions — and only drafts you confirm

The AI sees only what your account is allowed to, and can prepare documents as drafts — but it can't confirm an invoice, post an entry, or touch a balance without you approving. And every tenant is fully isolated — it sees your business only.

Ready-made reviews built into the system

Zemam serves the AI ready review playbooks: month-end, receivables chase, books hygiene, VAT prep, cash custody, and the payables plan — so reviews come out structured, not improvised.

Clear limits: the AI prepares drafts — the final confirmation is yours inside Zemam

Why this is a real leap

The first Arabic ERP that connects directly to Claude and ChatGPT — no file exports, no copying numbers into the chat.

From question to action: it answers from your actual books, and even turns an invoice photo into a draft — which you confirm.

Security by design: under your own account's permissions, your company fully isolated — and any writing is drafts only that you confirm, with no automatic posting.

Questions we hear

Can the AI get the numbers wrong?

The numbers themselves come directly from Zemam's books — the same numbers in your reports. The AI's job is to gather them, interpret them, and prioritize them for you. And if you ask about something your permissions don't allow, it tells you it can't see it.

Who on the team should use it?

The business owner for quick daily questions, and the accountant for periodic reviews and tax preparation. Each person connects with their own account — and sees only what their permissions allow.

Can I let it enter invoices?

Yes — this is available now as an opt-in you enable yourself: send it the invoice photo or details and it prepares a draft (sales/purchase invoice or voucher) inside Zemam under your permissions, for you to review and confirm. What it never does: confirm or post anything without your approval.
