Who we are & scope
“Zemam” is a business management (ERP) app and system provided by Smartly Coded, available on the web and as a mobile app on the iOS App Store and Google Play. Accounts are created and managed by the employer; there is no public sign-up. This policy explains the data we collect through the app and site, and how we use and protect it. The employer is the controller of its employees' data, and we act as its processor.

Account information
Employee accounts are created and managed by the employer through the company dashboard; the app has no public sign-up. May include: employee name, employee ID, work email or username, job role, and company-related work data.
Camera & photos
The app may access the camera to capture a selfie at attendance check-in to verify the employee, and to scan barcodes/QR codes during sales and inventory. The check-in photo is linked to the attendance record for verification purposes only.
Location
We collect device location when recording attendance to verify the employee is within the allowed area (geofence), and during delivery tracking to show the driver's location to the customer and business. Location may be used in the background ONLY while an active delivery order is in progress, and stops when it ends. Location is used strictly for attendance and operations — never for advertising.
Device & usage information
We may collect device model, OS version, and a device identifier (to prevent one employee checking in from multiple devices, or one device being used for several employees), a push notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) to deliver alerts, and basic performance data to improve app stability. Fingerprint / Face ID authentication happens on your device and never leaves it.
Marketing-site data
When you submit a demo-request or contact form on our site, we collect what you voluntarily enter: name, phone number, business name and type — plus basic technical browsing data to operate and improve the site.

- Send operational notifications related to your work.
- Improve app performance and stability, and provide technical support.
- We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Your business data
Your business data
Your business data inside Zemam (invoices, inventory, accounts, employee records) belongs to you alone. It is stored isolated per customer, and our team accesses it only upon your explicit support request and to the extent needed to resolve the issue. You can request an export of your data or deletion of your account at any time.

We retain employee data for as long as required by the employer or the operational needs of the business. The employer may request modification or deletion of its employees' data. When an organization's subscription ends, its data is deleted or exported per its request within the applicable period.

Your rights
- As an employee: contact your employer (the organization admin) to access, correct, or delete your data.
- As the subscribing organization: you can export your data or delete your account entirely at any time.
- Withdraw camera, location, or notification permissions at any time from your device settings.
- Object to marketing communication (for site data) at any time.
