For van sales & field distribution

Van-sales software in your rep's hand

Each van is a mobile warehouse with its own stock and cash. Your rep sells, collects, and takes returns from the phone at the customer's door, and the day closes with an automatic stock & cash settlement — all tied live to your inventory and accounting.

The van is a mobile warehouse with its own stock

Each van is a real warehouse with its own stock and cost — you load it via a stock transfer in the morning, the rep sells from the van's balance all day, and returns go back to the van. No stock floating around unaccounted for.

The rep sells from the phone, in the field

The rep opens a trip on the phone and sells straight from the van — cash or on-account — and the invoice posts live to the customer's account and inventory. No coming back to the office to re-key.

On-account selling with a down-payment and a credit check

Sell on-account with a live credit-limit decision on the customer, take an optional partial payment now — and the rest stays on the customer's account to collect later. No one exceeds their credit limit without you knowing.

Collections and returns at the customer's door

The rep can collect against an existing customer balance and take a return back into the van's stock — all from the same screen at the customer's door, with a clear voucher and trail.

Pre-sales orders

He doesn't have to sell on the spot — he can take an order to be prepared and delivered on a later visit. Ideal if you separate order-taking from delivery.

Split payment: cash + card/wallet

The customer can pay part in cash and part by another method (card or wallet) in the same sale — and each part posts to its correct treasury account automatically.

The rep's route is recorded

The rep starts and ends the trip, and the system records his route through the day (tracking points) — so you know who he visited and where he went, with a saved trail.

Day-end close with an automatic stock & cash settlement

At day's end: count the van's stock and hand the cash to the main treasury. The system compares expected vs actual, settles any stock difference with an adjustment, and posts any cash shortage or overage automatically — a clean close every day.

Do you also run wholesale & distribution?

Van sales are part of Zemam's wholesale & distribution suite — the same inventory, customers, credit, and cheques, whether you sell from the warehouse or from the van.

Frequently asked questions

Does it run on desktop or only mobile?

Van sales run on the mobile app (Android) — because the rep is in the field, not at a desk. Admin, reports, and balances are on the web. Both are the same system on the same live data.

Does it track the rep's location live?

The system records the trip's route (GPS points) from start to end, so you can review his path. A real-time live map for admins is on our roadmap — today the route is recorded and saved.

How is the van's stock accounted for?

Each van is its own warehouse with its own stock and cost. Loading and returns happen via stock transfers linked to the trip, and the day-end count catches any difference between expected and actual and records it as an adjustment — so no one can play with the van's stock without a trail.

Where does the cash the rep collects go?

It accumulates in the van's own drawer through the day, and at day's end is handed to the main treasury via an internal transfer. Any difference (shortage or overage) is posted automatically — so the rep's account closes correctly every day.

Which businesses is it for?

Distribution and wholesale that sell from vans along customer routes — food, beverages, supplies, any fast-moving goods (FMCG). If you have reps driving loaded vans to customers, this is your system.
